R ratings still require acting as such. Though, it can be extremely graphic. X rating stuff either goes that extra bit further, or isn't extremely graphic ata all. In fact, there's no graphic's what so ever. It's all real.

Think the game Manhunt. In Manhunt, you are an ex-con who gets off death-row by making a spoof movie for some sick, sad client, in which you kill people. That's it. Oh, and the people who you kill are out to kill you too. Imagine finding the recording of that film on you video shelf, simply becuase you can have X rated films. How would you react?
